These Terms govern your use of the PeptideKit - Biohack Tracker iOS application (the “app”). By installing or using the app, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

1. Acceptance

By downloading, installing, or using PeptideKit - Biohack Tracker, you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you are using the app on behalf of a person who is not you, you represent that you are authorised to bind that person to these Terms.

2. Eligibility (18+)

PeptideKit is intended for adults. You must be at least 18 years old to use the app. By using the app, you confirm that you are 18 or older.

3. No medical advice

PeptideKit is information and calculation tooling. It is not medical advice, does not provide diagnosis or treatment, and does not establish a clinician-patient relationship. The app does not recommend doses, combinations, or schedules. Always consult a qualified clinician before making any health decision. You use the app at your own risk.

4. License grant

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the app on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, in accordance with the Apple Media Services Terms of Service.

5. Subscriptions and renewals

PeptideKit offers auto-renewable subscriptions on weekly, monthly, annual, and lifetime plans. Pricing, currency, and the length of the subscription period are displayed inside the app prior to purchase.

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• You can manage and cancel your subscription by going to your Apple ID account settings on your device after purchase. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• The lifetime plan is a one-time purchase that grants access for the supported lifetime of the app on your Apple ID.

6. Refunds

All purchases are processed by Apple. Refund requests are handled by Apple in accordance with the Apple Media Services Terms of Service. Contact Apple Support to request a refund. We are not able to process refunds directly.

7. Acceptable use

• Do not use the app for any unlawful purpose.
• Do not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code, except to the extent permitted by applicable law.
• Do not interfere with the integrity or security of the app or its backend services.

8. Intellectual property

The app, its content, brand, and underlying technology are owned by us and our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights in our trademarks or other branding.

9. Termination

You may stop using the app and delete your account at any time from within the app. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or use the app in a way that risks harm to others. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

10. Disclaimers of warranty

The app is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any calculation will be suitable for your intended purpose. You are responsible for verifying the inputs you enter and the conclusions you draw.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall we, our affiliates, or our licensors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the app. Our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or related to the app shall not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or fifty US dollars.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claim or demand arising out of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the app.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in India.

14. Apple-specific terms

You acknowledge that these Terms are between you and us, not with Apple, and that Apple is not responsible for the app or its content. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the app. In the event of any failure of the app to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price, to the maximum extent permitted by law. Apple and Apple’s subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.

15. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. If a change is material, we will surface a notice in the app. Continued use of the app after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
